How to use the charger:
- Download the FordPass App: If you are a Ford EV owner, you can use the FordPass App to access and pay for charging at Ford Charge DC Fast Chargers on the FordCharge Network.
- Use a Credit/Debit Card: Non-Ford EV owners can pay using a credit or debit card or the Shell: Fuel, Charge and other charger connected apps.
- Connect your vehicle and pay with your vehicle's plug and charge capability when properly equipped.
The charger is located on the northeast side of our property along NE Great Midwest Dr. 7801 NE 38th St. Kansas City, MO 64161 will get you very close to our charger's exact location. Google Maps and other navigation programs may show that there is a locked gate making the charger inaccessible, but this is not the case as we have built a new space for the charger and removed the security gates. 24/7 payment and charging support is available by calling the telephone number listed on the charger. If you encounter any issues with our charger during normal business hours (8am-5pm Mon-Fri), please call (816)455-3000 for assistance and someone from our team will do our best to assist you.
